The complaint I am filing deals with matters of releasing customers' private information, illegal human trafficking, and illegal eviction (oh and his two-time criminal record of domestic assault within the last 5 years). First, according to C.O.N.C.O.R.D this is a registered business as a "construction company".  However, this gentleman has entered some sort of agreement with the property owner to provide a shared - housing for patrons looking to lease a room. So, he calls himself a 'property manager'.  He offers a month to month and sometimes low term rental agreement. It is a nice location at an exclusive community with a three-part golf course and PGA tournament (Sounds like a dream spot, right? 

He attracts persons of my stature as well as low income - but whose complaining about that?) At this rental space on Saturdays, I must mention during the months of COVID 19, has parties up to 50-55 persons. The parties are loud and lewd. He has sex with multiple tenants and if you do not comply evicts you. Tenants have so much illegal paperwork he drafts at his home computer with State of Connecticut and LawDepot.com stamped all over it.  This 'property manager' insists and has evicted persons during COVID 19 who are unaware of their rights in the community. It is so sad. Tenant gossip each other’s personal business- creating a hostile living space- because he shares it. 

Him and his wife have entered multiple Connecticut violations, reaping havoc on tenants personal and private information.  They take pictures of your personal property, share tenants text messages then harass and annoy tenants until they leave with no return deposit. I have seen this time and time again. It is just a scam. Last, the 'construction company' is affiliated with a local evangelical church.  The living room quarters – he’s changed into a ‘worship center’ On Sunday's he claims to be a worship leader and 'preaches' the good news. 

During the week - Supposed harbors illegals, offers them low pay work; and I’ve even seen them cooking and cleaning the house.  Too much!!
