PSI Exams Scammed me to collect exam fees twice Illinois

I went online 2 hours prior to my certification exam and followed all of their instructions to ensure my computer and software were compatible. Then 30 mins prior to my exam time I launched my test. A proctor eventually came on and wanted me to hold up my id for 5 mins then wanted a 360 degree scan of my work environment. I informed them at that time I was using an iMac, not a webcam or iPad or laptop and it would be impossible for me to scan everything. I asked multiple time to exit me from the test so I could login to a compatible device and they continued to waste my time. They did not allow me to exit until I had 5 mins left. I tried to login on my laptop and was then locked out. Customer service said I have to wait 24hours to reschedule and then pay the entire fee ($150) to take the test since I "missed my scheduled time". Even though they have evidence I was there at my scheduled time, it doesn't matter. The moment I told the proctor I was using a stationary computer they should have allowed me to login to a more compatible device with a mobile camera. I feel like they wasted my time on purpose to get an additional fee.
