I was contact via phone (215.596.1689, accent from India) that I won a Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes. They wanted me to transfer $3,000 to account 6346601997124002971, Sydonie Speer, Park City Utah. I then found Chuck Osterhout on Facebook and he told me to call 215.596.1689. At this phone number they request $500, then $1,000 increments on eBay gift cards. Also someone claiming to be an IRS agent wanted monies for taxes.
