Pure Aviation Carlo Dimarco entered into a trade for asphalt with our company. We paid 50% of the money and he was supposed to pay 50% of the money. In addition to us covering the vessel cost for freight of asphalt being bought from a major refinery, we wired him $200,000.00 He received the money, lied to us about sending the payment to the refinery, caused us trouble with the refinery, and the vessel company. This man is a thief and a liar. He has now blocked ny number and texts and refuses to work this out amicable. HELENA, AUSTIN MT, TEXAS

Gary Stanley / Ichor Oil

AUTHOR: Brandon - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 04, 2020

It saddens me to see the lengths this man is going to try and tarnish the name of a company that is focused on customer satisfaction and upholding great ethics and morals in an industry that is otherwise plauged by companies similar to Ichor Oil that are genuinely trying to scam legitimet companies conducting in commodities trading.

Photos are uploaded to support the below statements.

Ichor Oil had approched Pure Aviation in the past for various deals and too many red flags were presented (Mainly lack of funds) and we ultimatley decided to not do bussiness with them. A few months go by and we were presented a deal where Ichor is being financed by and individual that is reputable and that we have done prior bussiness with..

With this confirmation we proceeded to negotiate a deal for 200kb gasoil to be exported. The agreement was that Pure Aviation provide the supply and the vessel because Ichor did not have sufficent credibility to open the neccessary accounts to complete this deal on their own. Our contractual agreement was that Ichor would pay 90% ($6,431,292.00) at vessel NOR and the remaining 10% ($714,588.00) and any true-ups after loading... Pure secured the supply and the vessel and when the vessel gave its NOR Ichor began to come up with excuses on why they could not send the money that was agreeded.

The vessel sat for multiple days waiting on false promises from Ichor all while accruing demurrage fees. Eventually we had to cancel the vessel and were left with substantial damages. $385K was paid from Pure to the vessel and >$6mil to our supplier in order to save our relationships. An invoice was sent to Ichor for the vessel damages and that is when Ichor was able to send a little more than $200k which still holds an oustanding balance on ~$184K

We gave Ichor the benifit of the doubt and entertained another deal that they were presenting for asphalt. We never recieved any money for this deal and ultimatley cancelled and cut all ties. We are currently seeking legal counsel to persue for damages.

As you can see below Gary's complaint of sending 200K for the asphalt deal..1 is false because that payment was for damages on a previous deal and 2 would not even cover the 50% that was agreed upon which would be $500k

Trade confirmation   Ichor has a contract with XXX for 10000 tons of AC 30 asphalt at 160.00 per MT Ichor will pay 500k as a payment to Pure Aviation (PA) for the JV agreement of PA to place a SBLC to PBF for the Asphalt, in the amount of 1,600,000 dollars PA will provide a vessel for the transportation PA and Ichor will partner together for this transaction and PA will receive 20% of the net profits of the sale. Product will be discharged into the XXX Terminal, XXX for Ichor Storage     This transaction can increase to 100,000 tons after this first delivery    Let me know if you need anything else for the Trade Conf and invoice   Gary
