Qiaoya Electronic Co.,Ltd Sina Huang $3,533.60 stolen Dongguan

I placed an order with this manufacturer for watch bands in May 2020 and paid a deposit. In August they said the order was ready and I paid the balance. After I paid the balance they said that they could not produce part of the order which I paid $3,533.60 for. I asked them to return the funds but many weeks went by and they never returned the funds. Eventually, they said that they were not willing to return the funds and they can only send some other products instead.

I didn't have much choice so I agreed to accept some other products and I asked them to provide a catalog or pictures of products that I could choose from. They kept saying that they would send me the catalog and pictures soon, but they never sent them to me and now they have stopped answering my messages. I've lost $3,533.60.
