In February, I placed a large order for hair extensions from Qingdao Gorgeous Hair Products Co Ltd o/a East Hair Extensions o/a Hi Gorgeous Hair Extensions. Upon receiving an order from Paul and April from Qingdao Gorgeous Hair Products Co Ltd o/a East Hair Extensions o/a Hi Gorgeous Hair Extensions earlier this year, I realized that they were defective and not in tact. My company spent hundreds of hair installing this defective hair into client's hair, then having to remove it and replace with another product.

It was obvious that the company sent me VERY poor quality hair. I immediately contacted April at Qingdao Gorgeous Hair Products Co Ltd o/a East Hair Extensions o/a Hi Gorgeous Hair Extensions, who confirmed that I received a bad batch of hair and that they would replace the hair after receiving the bad hair back in China.

I shipped the hair at my own expense and waited. I waited for weeks only to receive excuses about shipping, then April was no longer with the company and the company was unable to provide replacements and stated that they would refund a portion.

Again, I waited months to only receive excuses and now the company has stopped responding. I did further research and the address on their invoice is NOT their location. Another address they provided is also not legitimate as it is registered to a school.

Paul can't be trusted as he is a liar and scam artist. He stole $5000 from my company is now not responding. I have filed legal action and reported him to local authorities in China. Avoid using Qingdao Gorgeous Hair Products Co Ltd o/a East Hair Extensions o/a Hi Gorgeous Hair Extensions. They use two phone numbers, one is +8616678611296 and the second is +86 15689988175.
