Called for tech.
Tech arrives day 1 and works 2 hours in between interruptions on his phone. Tries to adjust misaligned room slide. Says RV may need to go to shop to do the job. Says he needs to come back next day.
Day 2, tech messes with slide adjustments some more. Still can't get slide aligned. Gives up and leaves with slide exactly as it was when I called on day 1.
Office says I need to call because my card was declined. I give them my same card and they send through two charges totaling $757. I complain and I am told he is sorry I feel that way.
We agreed to $400 and instead he billed $750.
