Queens Jewish Link Yaakov Serle Naftali Szrolovits Defrauded a Website Developer and Ceased Communication Kew Gardens Hills New York

The Queens Jewish Link agreed to provide compensation in the form of advertising to a website developer, whereby a full-page advertisement would be printed in the print edition of the Queens Jewish Link publication weekly. The developer diligently designed an appealing modern website and expected the QJL to uphold the agreement and their promises. QJL published several of the advertisements and decided to defraud the developer through a plan of deceit and dishonesty.

QJL managers obtained extensive training from the developer on the website's operation and how to conduct edits and other modifications. Pursuant to the agreement, uploading weekly articles to the website would be done by individual reporters who were each given a personalized account log-in and password to the website to upload their articles. QJL Managers Yaakov Serle and Naftali Szrolovits attempted to put forth a plan to defraud the developer and breach the contract. QJL increased the workload to an unreasonable amount which was never agreed and bombarded the developer with countless articles to format and publish to the website, even though this should have been the responsibility of individual reporters and did not fall under the purview of website maintenance.

Soon after no more advertisements were published for the developer and Serle & Szrolovits stopped responding to emails and contact from the developer. Disgusting and disturbing behavior by greedy people.
