My friends Wang Qun (Monica) and Yu Xuandong (Peter) have recently encountered some troubles:
Their landlord Thomas chased them and asked them to move out of the house they rented: 8252 Ivy springs ct Eastvale Ca 92880.
Their guest sued them and demanded the money in the bag be returned.
On behalf of Wang Qun (Monica) and Yu Xuandong (Peter), I say:
Landlord, who told you to ask for such a high rent: $4500/month.
Tenant, it’s good enough that we return your luggage bag to you. You should be content. But you still want the money in the bag? No way.
You say Wang Qun (Monica) and Yu Xuandong (Peter) are poor? They have a house, but they drive a Mercedes-Benz and BMW.
These days, It’s not easy to be a sub-landlord nowadays!
