Rachel Villarreal sold me a chihuahua puppy for $1500 that died just hours after being picked up by a transporter. I recevied a phone call and Rachel was crying saying it had died. The transporter actually drove another 10+ hours to deliver the dead pup to me so I could have necropsy done that I ultimately paid for. Rachel and I spoke on the phone that evening after ther results came back decribing the poopr puupy's holes in ther head that didn't come out of nowhere. Rachel and I cried on the phone and she said she was selling a couple dogs and she was low on money but she promised me to refund my money. I guess she changed her mind, so I want to let everyone know about it. I hope it was worth $1500.

Rachel says in the end we all lost, except Rachel lost nothing and has contined to breed and sell all different breeds of dogs and even reptiles now. She currently advertises on Hoobly under "godscreations" and on other backyard websites. 

I am the buyer of the puppy that was purchased and ultimately deceased hours after it was picked up obviously Rachel Villarreal knew this tranporter whom she reccommended was not a professional if she

1. was 4 hours late

2. didnt get shot records that Rachel hereself was responsible for providing 

3. had kids hold the puppy "and dogs loose"

4. and "she is always over crowded dogs running" ... ..Please.

The death of the puppy was 100% the fault of RACHEL VILLAREAL.    Rachel should have never sent the puppy if she had these concerns with the tranporter PERIOD. Rachel Villareal is the only one who benefited from any of this and after she told me she would refund my money and cried with me one the phone. Rachel lied and deceived me, not the transport company. The transport company never stopped communication and showed me texts from Rachel saying another puppy had died suddenly around the same time.

Signed a contract for Online Defamation by any social media or any other means will result in a Civil Suit by Seller or Breeder persons involved .Defamatory posts are character assassination and would cost us drop in our breeding program sales it would affect us and a Lawsuit would be in order.

Ashley Duncan placed a deposit on   Tiny Apple Head Female Chihuahua from us named Mila on 06/22/2019. Mila we very tiny and Ashley Duncan said that was the reason she wanted her due to her tiny size and said she was familiar with the tiny hypoglycemic and being so fragile due to Ashley selling exotic pets.  I had asked Ashley to send us all her info so we can mail out Puppy Contract Health guarantee, on July 1st she said she received it read it signed it and placed in the mail back to us. when Puppy was getting ready to get transported by Roll-A-Pet, LLC driver Dena which was having trouble communicating with Ashley on dates and time changed several times. we had offered Ashley on two occasions to deliver the puppy our self's and she refused us.  Mila was picked up on 07/23/19

came to find out the transporter had adult dogs lose in rented van crowed with kennels onboard. 7 hours later after keeping in contact with driver how was puppy doing due to her size and her properly eating with hypoglycemia, she assured us that she was well educated in such puppies. She called us and told us 15 minutes after our last conversation of Mila doing find eating and getting ready to snuggle that she was Dead.

 I called Dena they connected she asked to get puppy to have a Necropsy done by a Board-Certified Pathologist as requested by contract. This Puppies Death was Not Ashley Duncan's Fault by any means but the correct steps to get this taken care of were never followed. We never received the report, and there was a replacement due to her, but she refused one. There was a lot of texting back and forth of denying she had contract / even to go as far as not receiving little Mila even swore the amount of the puppy was different. We told her we have copies of all the texting and documentation of money paid. We were not in the mood to play these children’s games.  

She said she was going to sue us we said let the attorneys handle this since she did not want to abide by contact that was her choice.  At the End We all lost, Lesson learned Local AZ pick up only and the holes in her head a Professional Pathologist would have called them Molars. Ashley Duncan Made it a mission to Defame us on Social Media but if she read the contract, she signed it states online defamation by any social media will result in a Civil Lawsuit.
