- Ashraf solicits potential clients offering comprehensive debt financing services.
- Requests a refundable upfront fee of US $15,000 for purported due diligence or processing fees.
- After receiving the payment, he blocks the client’s communications channels, becomes unreachable, and never delivers the promised services.
Incident Reported:
A recent client transferred the refundable upfront fee of US $15,000. Immediately afterward, Rafee Ahmed Ashraf disappeared, blocked all communication, and failed to deliver any promised service.
