I found this Breeder on line for Ragdoll kittens. Website seemed legit, there were references and photos. Once I decided on a kitten then they sent additional photos and a contract for me to sign guaranteeing the care of the kitten as well as a health guarantee.
I sent the money they Zelle and the next day they gave me tracking info for the shipping of the kitten. Then I get the email from the shipper stating they can't ship the kitten unless they have a specific heated carrier that I'd have to pay 950.00 for that would be returned to me once the kitten was delivered.

SCAM For Sure!!

Never, Never buy a heated crate to ship a kitten or puppy. If new family member is being shipped without a "pet nanny” or yourself then they will be shipped in a tempersure controlled cargo space there for that extra $950 is simply going to line their pockets just as the deposit or full payment of kitten has.
There are MANY Reputable breeders out there, if they are a legit breeder then they should be willing to FaceTime you to show ur kitty to you, they should be able to provide you references of past buyers as well as the vet she uses and make sure you actually call them.
They should be able to provide you with information on parents, show pedigrees, email a contract, I’m sure I’m probably leaving something out but most important LISTEN TO YOUR GUT!!

Same experience with ragdoll kitten

I have had the same exactly experience with these people. I was emailing back and forth and signed the "contract”. I went to look at the website again later in the day to stare at my cute new kitten and the website was absolutley no where to be found, nor was any sign of the breeders. I ended up searching the phone number that was attached to the original email they sent me and a TON of different Fraud reports all telling the same experience came up.
All different breeds of cats and some dogs too. They stopped answering right after I sent back the "contract”, but I did give them my phone number, and address, and They have my email. Does anyone know if I am at risk or anything if they have this information, or know what I should do? Glad I read this. Luckily I didn’t Zelle them money yet, I did spend 500 dollars on cat food, litter boxes, Leesh, cat condo, etc. also, I did think the kittens in the photos were way too perfect to be real.

Do not pay for the crate... It's just another way to get more money from you. No I never got my money back, these guys are very good at what they do. Keep revisiting their website, the kittens never change. I want to shut these people down. I made them change bank accounts because I kept requesting a refund thru zelle and of course I never got it. If you need more help reach out, I want to shut these crooks down

We just adopted a cat from the same website last night, and went through the same process, but they want to charge us over a thousand dollars for the cheapest electronic box to continue shipping. In the email they said they didn’t realize the mistake, but it seems that they have made this mistake many times now. Were you able to get a refund or resolve this in any way? It seems awfully scummy to ask for more money after we have already paid without any prior notice. If they were aware of this issue before they should say so up front.
