He will scam online sellers by filing fraud disputes the second he obtains the product he buys from you. This theif will start by buying items from online merchants, then taking physical possession of them. The second he contacts his credit card company and starts to file fraud disputes for whatever reason his limited intelligence can think of.

The bank paper work you get regarding this case, clearly shows this 70 year old doesnt know how to read and is so stupid that he leaves the paperwork enterly blank.
