I am writing this report to warn others about the predatory business practices of Rapid Signup, particularly its failure to compensate independent contractors for completed work. I worked with this company as an investigator and paralegal, providing essential services that contributed to their operations. However, despite fulfilling my obligations, Rapid Signup refused to pay me for my work.

The company operates by outsourcing tasks to independent contractors like myself while collecting payments for the completed work. Unfortunately, once the work is done, they withhold payment and ignore their financial obligations, effectively exploiting contractors for free labor.

I am not the only person who has experienced this issue. Other independent contractors have also reported similar instances of nonpayment, misrepresentation, and unprofessional business practices. The company’s representatives, Jack Whitaker and Tyler Landi (President) seem to be fully aware of these unethical practices but continue to profit from unpaid labor.

If you are considering working with Rapid Signup, I strongly urge you to reconsider. This company does not honor agreements and takes advantage of contractors. I am filing formal complaints with multiple agencies to hold them accountable for their actions. Potential class action may be possible.
