Rashad Vick with Suddenlink scammed my family with promises on a contract that he did not honor. He never returned a single call. He included on our contract a dvr and 400 mbps service. He gave us no dvr and less than 100 mbps.
I called him numerous times with no response. I just got the bill in after having service for 6 days. The bill states a land line (never installed) no dvr and 400 mbps. The bill was $11.00 more than the contract states. I called customer service and they said talk to my sales rep regarding the dvr.
My sales rep RASHAD VICK never called me back. After finally getting intouch with him he stated call customer service (BEST OF LUCK) Steer clear of RASHAD VICK SUDDENLINK

Rashad has spent hours on the phone with me and my husband working out getting service at our home. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. He has explained everything in detail and is laid back and sincere.
He reached out to us on his own accord to make sure my family can receive service. We ran into a road block, he was the one that worked out all the kinks and got the ball rolling. 10/10, 5 stars would recommend.
