She collected $700 from me cash deposit upfront to see a property. She put a lot of fake listings for rent and for sale on a fake rental property website and ApartmentList found.
Secondly, she collected my appraisal and inspection $1350 fees until I never got back my money. She claimed that she is affiliated with the government or government housing assistance programs, and can swindle homeowners out of hundreds or even thousands of dollars in fees, according to the Federal Trade Commission, or FTC. Stay away from Rachelle Perotte and her staffs.
