This crook of a "doctor" should be jailed and charged with complicity to child abuse.

In 2022 I had the extreme displeasure of taking my daughter to this crook. I stayed for a few weeks thinking things would change, and it would be a decision that would lead to the psychological turmoil of my, my daughter and our whole family. My kid was 10 at the time and was sent to foster care because of heinous abuse and neglect by her mother and stepfather in Oregon, and abuse by brother and stepbrother! Both daughters were removed for their safety and placed with me, I dropped my life my job everything as any parent would and went there and had to live for a month out of hotels while we went through court, psych exams, dealt with lawyers and protecting the kids as they were doing everything possible to keep the girls from testifying, including stalking and harassing and threatening us.

But they had plenty of money, and were able to go from no contact with the mom to visitations. The mom used this opportunity to trick our baby into believing she had changed and the stepdad would no longer be around because they "divorced" on paper to fool this idiot of a psychologist and CPS. She manipulated our daughter by saying she'd give away her animals or that something bad could happen to her cat and dog back in Oregon because she's not there to help take care of them. My ex the abuser was able to form a relationship with Rebecca Ruberg as well, and Rebecca ended up recommending our daughter went BACK with the abusers, and be separated from her dad, big sister, grandma and family in Los Angeles who MEVER abused or neglected. Who gave her an amazing life. A place where for once she could thrive. But because she was being manipulated by the abused (both the kid and Rebecca Ruberg), she sent her back.

Fast forward to now, the abuse and neglect that removed the girls continues. The kid has no voice and is alienated and unable to talk to anyone. The stepfather never truly left and is still around abusing the kids, and the mother doesn't care and sees hurt kids as a way to hurt the oldest daughter and father. As for our son who also stayed with the mom, who was also abusing our daughter in many ways, he's been on and off of drugs and addicted to alcohol at 14, in juvenile detention, caught carrying a gun and so on. Our daughter went back to all this, largely because of Rebecca Ruberg.

This truly sick in the head Rebecca Ruberg showed no sympathy empathy or kindness to me nor our daughter and was COLD during all interactions. She was ALWAYS late as she pulled in slowly on the phone, many times crying, as she was clearly going through something in her own personal life, and seemingly quite detached. I only stayed because we needed someone consistent and i hoped things would change. Well the change was our daughter went back, and we haven't seen or barely heard from her since.

This so called doctor I believe is corrupt and was in collusion with the abusive mother. To call herself Jewish, is nothing but a joke and a political move for power and connection, this isn't a true Jewish person, and I'd be surprised if she's even a mother, she had the emotional availability of a cold faucet, and I suspect may have been on drugs or pharmaceuticals.

Dr Ruberg, our whole family and all my friends know about you, we find you truly disgusting. May God's divine judgement reign on you and you seared conscience and reprobate heart, may karma win, we will never forget you and the pain you caused our precious baby, and I will shout to the hilltops and beyond, what you've done. You earned it. Money hungry cheat.
