The Recovery Village - Dr Mitchell Eisenberg Denied Me Admission with My Service Animal After Approval Orlando Florida

I briefly stayed at the Recovery Village in Lake Worth Florida with my service animal with no incidents or issues. I needed their help again for detox,residential, PHP and IOP. Their admissions staff told me that I would be welcomed back immediately however because I had a vehicle now, the only location that I could be admitted to so I could park my car and bring my service animal was in the recovery Village in Orlando Florida otherwise known as the Orlando Recovery Center drug, alcohol and Mental Health Rehab. I needed help so badly I was willing to do anything. My vehicle has transmission issues and won't go out of second gear so I told them that it would take me five or six hours to drive the back roads all the way to Orlando with my service animal in this Florida heat. They said don't worry once you get here you will be admitted without issue. As I mentioned they already know me and my service animal. Their admission staff told me everything I wanted to hear just to get me up there. As soon as I went to the admissions Department at the recovery Village in Orlando , one of the nurses called me "white boy" and denied my admission claiming that my dog was not a service animal. Which he is. Registered! I called their emissions Department back and told them what was going on.

After driving 6 hours to get there they denied me admission and this was around 6:00 p.m. yesterday. Although admissions Department guaranteed me admissions they told me that it's up to their racist nursing staff at the recovery Village in Orlando Florida whether to let me in or not. The recovery Village in Orlando admissions telephone people gave me another option to drive another 45 miles north to one of their other facilities called The Recovery Village in Umatilla Florida. I begged their staff to make sure that I could get in there as my vehicle is nearly breaking down and very little fuel left and I have a very scared and nervous service animal as a result of all this driving. Again, they promised me admission by 11:00 p.m. at night at the recovery Village in Umatilla florida. So I started to drive and almost 2 hours later I arrived there. When I went to the admissions Department at the Recovery Village in Umatilla Florida from the Orlando Recovery Center in Orlando Florida, they denied me admission there as well stating that one of the patients there is allergic to dogs. I contacted Advanced recovery systems and the recovery Village on their admissions line and find out what is happening and why are they doing this to me. Chad, one of their Low Bottom admissions creeps straight out said to me if you don't like how things are going here call somebody else. Now, thanks to Advanced recovery systems and the recovery Village in Orlando and Umatilla Florida, I am now stranded in my vehicle with my service animal in Orlando, Florida. I plan on starting an all-out online campaign against Advanced recovery systems in Fort Lauderdale florida, the recovery Village in orlando, the Orlando Recovery Center. I am also contacting the Florida disabilities Advocates to see what could be done about this place. How they can treat someone with mental issues and alcoholism this way is unconscionable, and believe me they have not heard the last of this.
