Red Deer Watches AKA NZ Watches SCAM COMPANY! REFUSED TO REFUND AFTER CANCELLED SALE RETURNED AND RECEIVED NJ, OR

Bought a watch from this site (2nd purchase- first time they scammed me expedited shipping costs by shipping first-class mail and took their time) and cancelled the purchase due to time-frame of expected delivery. 

The company then shipped out my purchase- without ever telling me- no notification of any kind and then replied to my cancellation saying- we can't cancel now- we already shipped it out. 

Then I was told they charge a $20 re-stocking/cancellation fee for cancellations- I was fine with that- and in the meantime the watch was en route and they attempted delivery, but failed to deliver as it needed a signature for delivery and I was out of town (hence the cancellation) when I returned to town the post office still had possession and since I didn't need it obviously it was too late- I had them return it to sender. 

They received the returned watch and signed for it- and still refuse to refund my money. I had to open a Visa dispute case against the company and despite it all- I am NOT disputing the $20 restocking/cancellation fee even though they do NOT deserve it.

SCAM COMPANY- DO NOT DO BUSINESS- BUYER BEWARE!!!!
