Rented a vacation home in Oak Island, NC from Oak Island Accommodation . I purchase the travel insurance through Red Sky \ Arch insurance. I paid $317. A week prior to my departure for my vacation the hurricane came, and my reservation was canceled. I put in a claim into my Red Sky. I paid $5,000 for the rental and Red Sky wants to refund me 3,900.
Its been 39 days and still no money. When you call they tell you in processes.
After speaking to Wayne several times he says its binder...it's BS
He us not only rude but, by the tone of voice I was a bother to him.
I will seek legal action.
Do not purchase travel insurance through them!
