Regent Home Builders David McGowan Mike Jacobs Robert Gowan They put up my home so bad I could not live in it. Mold and floors coming up. Water all over the ceilings and coming through vents in my bathroom Nolensville Tennessee

Regent Homes owned by David McGowan does not know who to build a home. I bought my home clear out for my retirement. Moved in Mid May and started having problems. They did not finish the things they were supose to do on the walk through.

June 2018 same year the flooring started coming up three to four inches off the ground. I fielled out the warranty site for Regent and in Aug they comin in Mike Jacobs and Travis from City Tile Murfreesboro and told me it was my dog. Afer Mike the contractor yelling at me to listen to him I told him to all leave.

I again went to the web site for Warranty with regent to let them know what happened. I I heard nothing. Mid Aug2018 I had a inspector come in and he saw the flooring and pulled the wall board aside and said it was not put in right. He went into my kitchen and found mold on my ceiling.

He went all around the home it is a ranch and found more wet sport 100 percent wet. He then went on  my roof and found the vent boot was not put on right so rain water was coming into my attic from the time the roof was put on. I had mold inspenctors come in a Air quality come in it  was in the home 78 percent humid from the mold and the spore count was off the charts.

I took all the info to my doctor with pictures . She told me I  had to  move out or this could kill me. Late Aug I moved out and still nothing from Regent. By late Sept Oct 2018 I had to hire lawyers because they would do nothing to fix it. Months of paying for two places David McGowan went in the home with my lawyers.

He told them in front of my that I went on the roof and did that. Why would I do  that to my home I paid cash for. My nightbors are also having problems to and are suining Regent Homes also. Right now we are taking them to court. All those warranties on my new home home ment nothing. Now it is 2019 going into June and I have spent over thirty thousand because of them.
