My employer was harassing me on the job and I was doing what my nursing job required me to do! But these employers RN still want to bully you and disrespect you then calling my house phone and saying that If I respected them they would respect me. A person can only take show much abuse. I was never able to hold a stable job in my 20-year nursing career.
When I got in my 40's it was worse because of age discrimination. I always had to start over and my credit got ruined because I couldn't pay my bills on time and lost a few cars! Because if you have a car nicer than your employer they will terminate you! That is retaliation but what does the EEOC to these bad employers who break the laws!
I never got my $1 million dollars from when I filed my discrimination complaint with the EEOC. I bet if I was black I would have gotten rich! I would had been able to keep my job and it been a stable one. They are nothing but black people working at these nus

You could never hold a stable job in the nursing field due to the psycho nurses to your employer or supervisor. The employer left a very nasty message on my voice mail saying that if I respect her she would respect me. I always did respect my employers & did my job. But they are psychos with power who are already mentally unstable before they became a nurse.
They shouldn't be an RN if all they are going to do is ruin somebody's career. But the board of nursing wants our blood. It was every time I had gotten a new car is when I had trouble with my jobs & was fired & had to find a new one to start all over. The RN's are very mentally unstable psychopathic crazy!

It's still time for them to find another way to make a living. Because nursing isn't a good way to make a living! You're always having to start over from scratch! My family had to help me with my own home because I couldn't hold a stable job because I was harassed so bad, from my employers and co-workers. I'm still in my house because I sm medically retired and have a stable income.
It was a pure nightmare having to work to get credits to get social security, I have been able to build my credit back. Because my bills are paid on time now and I don't have to borrow money anymore.

It figures that I would get the blame here. I'm was never a problem. It was these bully RN who is psycho and have mental problems. But for some reason, they can hide it and get away with their criminal acts violating the employment law. Nobody cares about the employee. The new kids I feel sorry for because they don't know what ride they are in for!
With these psycho RN who lie about you and will ruin your career with no problem!
