I feel compelled to convey my experiences regarding Christian Stevens, the proprietor of an ostensibly remedy-oriented company, whose alarming actions have profoundly undermined my trust and left me both financially and emotionally exhausted. What initially appeared to be a promising opportunity quickly devolved into a distressing ordeal that I believe warrants broader awareness.

I engaged with Miss. Stevens and her company harbored hopes regarding the employment prospects he discussed. However, subsequent events revealed a persistent pattern of misleading information and deceptive assurances. Contrary to the supportive environment she promoted, I found myself ensnared in a milieu characterized by unprofessional conduct and dishonesty, ultimately culminating in my unfair termination from the organization. Stevens misinforms her employees, lacks sufficient business to support all staff, and routinely allocates a list of approximately 500 contacts weekly for mystery calls. This list comprises only two or three businesses, and employees receive a mere $2 for each successful call. This arrangement is utterly inadequate for sustaining a living. Furthermore, she promotes a pledge drive donation opportunity wherein individuals are required to pay $30 for a non-refundable course (Which no one knows is non-refundable until after they pay it). Notably, she charged my credit card without my consent, and after completing the course, she informed me within ten minutes that the associated company had not accepted me. She failed to provide any rationale or explanation, nor did I receive a call from the company for which I undertook the course. Upon requesting a refund, I was terminated without justification. Additionally, this abhorrent individual, Stevens, not only denied the issuance of my refund but exacerbated the situation by employing a racist slur during our communications. Such behavior is intolerable and vividly underscores the alarming absence of ethical standards and respect for clients and former employees that pervades his business operations. And it turns out she is running a scam company; she is not supposed to be doing any of the business she does, and the state of Florida will be investigating, as I made a complaint as well.

It is profoundly disheartening to observe how Stevens conducts business under the pretense of a remedy company while engaging in flagrant scams that inflict financial harm and emotional distress on many. I strongly urge anyone contemplating employment with Christian Stevens or her company to proceed with caution and reconsider any potential involvement. My experience serves as a stark reminder of the potential for exploitation and deceit that exists within the business sphere, underscoring the necessity of shedding light on such unethical practices.

Beware of opana she is making trouble for consumers she thinks we don’t have rights to make complaints

AUTHOR: Charles - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, May 25, 2025

It is important to be cautious of her actions, as she is actively causing problems for consumers by operating under the belief that we have no rights to voice our complaints. This individual has taken it upon herself to create false complaints, targeting random businesses without justification. This behavior not only undermines the credibility of genuine grievances but also disrupts the operations of businesses that may be innocent in this matter. As a consumer, I am simply reporting my legitimate and negative experiences, which reflect the reality of the service or products I have encountered. Falsifying complaints and indiscriminately attacking various businesses not only dilutes the seriousness of real complaints but also creates an unjust environment where honest feedback is dismissed. It’s crucial to differentiate between authentic consumer experiences and baseless claims that can lead to harm for both consumers and businesses alike.

like most crooked unethical businesses they whine about being slandered no accountability

AUTHOR: Charles - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, May 25, 2025

Like most crooked bad unethical businesses. They often portray themselves as victims, constantly complaining about being slandered and mistreated, while in reality, their behavior towards customers tells a different story. Instead of seeking to understand or remedy the issues faced by their clientele, they seem to prioritize their own grievances over the genuine concerns of those they serve. This lack of accountability and empathy not only damages their reputation but also alienates the very individuals they rely on for their success. If only they would shift their focus towards addressing customer feedback and taking constructive action, they might foster a more positive relationship with their audience and improve their standing in the market. Instead, they continue to perpetuate a cycle of complaints, neglecting the responsibility they have to provide quality service and support.

Formal Rebuttal – The Remedy Corporation / Christan Stevens

Formal Rebuttal – The Remedy Corporation / Christan Stevens

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Christan Stevens, and I am the owner of The Remedy Corporation, a legally registered business in the state of Mississippi. I am writing this rebuttal to address the false and defamatory claims recently made by Jennifer Sanchez on this platform regarding her experience with our company.

First and foremost, I take these allegations very seriously, and I want to clarify that our business is operated in full compliance with all legal and ethical standards. We are a 1099 contractor-based organization, not an employer offering W-2 positions, and this is clearly stated multiple times throughout our application and onboarding process.

Regarding Claims of Misrepresentation and Payments:

Ms. Sanchez applied for a voluntary independent contractor opportunity—not employment. Before submitting her application, she acknowledged and agreed to the terms and conditions, which include:

  • The understanding that this is a 1099 contractor role, not a guaranteed job.

  • A $30 non-refundable enrollment fee is disclosed on the website before payment and is also detailed in onboarding materials and the walk-through guide.

  • A client-selected assessment process that determines if a candidate proceeds, over which we have no control once the submission is made.

Ms. Sanchez did complete her video assessment, and the client determined not to move forward with her application based on her assessment results. This outcome was communicated to her promptly, in accordance with client policy. As clearly stated in all of our documentation, fees paid are for access to training and materials and are non-refundable, regardless of the client’s selection outcome.

Regarding Claims of Unapproved Charges:

Our system does not store or charge credit cards without user consent. All transactions require manual confirmation from the applicant, and documentation of her voluntary enrollment and payment exists and can be provided upon request.

Regarding the Mystery Shop Program:

We offer an optional mystery shop opportunity to those interested in supplemental income, with pay per call. The number of successful shops depends on various factors, including client availability and individual participation. We do not claim this is full-time employment, and this opportunity is designed as a side income—clearly communicated as such.

Regarding the Allegation of a Racial Slur:

This is a false and extremely serious accusation. At no point was any inappropriate language or conduct used in any communication. We maintain professional records of ALL messages and correspondence, and no such behavior occurred. This is a baseless and harmful claim intended to defame my character and business.

Legal Standing and Business Legitimacy:

The Remedy Corporation is a legally registered business in Mississippi, operating with a valid EIN and compliant with all applicable laws regarding independent contracting and business conduct. Any suggestion that our company is operating illegally is categorically false. She applied to our business from another state.

In Summary:
Ms. Sanchez voluntarily applied, paid a disclosed fee, received services, and was not selected by the client due to assessment results. We provided clear communication, upheld professional standards, and treated her no differently than any other applicant. When she became upset about the outcome, she was advised to dispute the transaction through her bank (the bank dispute is still ongoing) if she felt it was made in error. We responded respectfully and appropriately at every stage.

We stand by the legitimacy of our business, our processes, and our integrity. We ask that this false report be reviewed in light of the documentation and facts available and be considered an attempt to harm a lawful small business out of frustration over a client’s decision.

Sincerely,
Christan Stevens
Owner, The Remedy Corporation
