Remitly.com Did not delivery funds they withdrew from my bank Seattle Washington

I rarely ever leave reviews for companies even if they offer bad service. Simply because I just don´t have the time to do. However, I must admit Remitly and their way of doing business sucks crap.  I've used remitly.com 4 times before to send money to family members who take care of me.

They've performed 2 verifications, one took 1.5 hours, and one took 4 hours. I've given them all kinds of information they've asked for - and they keep asking for more - all while keeping the funds that they should deliver. I am now in Mexico for medical care and am crippled and cannot walk or travel.

They want me to go to the US and get copies of paperwork to send to them. They won't contact my bank vice president, and won't accept the bank statement. They won't do anything but steal my money and waste my time.

I asked them for information on how to file a complaint with the banking commission for the state of New Mexico - they gave me their customer service email and their own complaints email. They cost me hours of time - loss of money - and their attitude after approving me before - to not approve me on a repeat transaction to my same relative is unreal.

Let me say this - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - they are the lowest life form, lower than pond scum - and they steal money.
