It seems Rene doesn’t know how to count. He was a middle manager (director level) for 4 years, and a VP for 3 years. He was gifted the Director of Property Services position at York Region. When he saw the writing on the wall, he made a lateral move to Peel Region but was terminated within 4 months of assuming the role. His linkedin profile does not reflect this fact. However former CAO of Peel Region David Szwarc can confirm this. 25+ years of envisioning a false sense of self by lying, cheating, stealing and frauding is much more accurate.

“René has disrupted industry norms by integrating advanced analytics and business intelligence to optimize portfolio performance and drive effective investment decisions.” – The only thing this t**t disrupts is personal relationships and causes trouble on account of his ignorance, racism and stupidity.

“He has led large-scale, cross-functional projects across Canada, collaborating with external vendors and diverse business areas to deliver results on time and within budget. His leadership spans executive-level business case presentations, organizational restructuring, collective bargaining negotiations, and advisory roles to elected officials and senior leadership.” – He can’t lead a simple conversation let alone any projects. Also, he works for a Crown agency of the Province of Ontario, he is not leading any Canada-wide projects LMAO Rene Masad cannot help himself. He needs to portray himself in such a way that he can’t see past his megalomania that is obvious to anyone who has the misfortune of meeting him LOL

He has also been an industry speaker, advisor to academics, and guest instructor, contributing thought leadership to the future of real estate asset and facilities management.” - He completed his BA over 8 years and he was encouraged to apply to the Queens EMBA to help elevate his education and career prospects, which he was uncertain of because he can’t add. He was nervous of having to write the GMAT, which he did not LOL He has never worked as an accountant and went through the CMA program while copying and essentially cheating off a fellow student. His addition of the other useless certificates is a clear sign of his insecurity, which is borne of his incompetence.
