They have installed temporary panel fence for me for my fire damaged home located on (((REDACTED))), Mill Valley, CA (((REDACTED))) . Since the the installed fence is not safe and may fall, I asked them to replace it with 8' Post driven chain fence. This type of fence is what they advertise on their website.
They gave me a quote for that and asked me to pay in full in order to deliver and install the fence. I made the full payment through the link they sent me. After I made the payment they stated that they can't install the fence since the property is on slope!
I talked to many people in their office and asked why they charged me for something they couldn't do? Asked them to return the payment, Unfortunately they refuse to give back the payment .
