This company uses outdated history and does not use current credit history as they provide to apartment management companies. They highlight 6,7 years ago single late pays and claim ( to the apartment management companies) that this is 'current '. They do not use fico scores or any other positives in their report to the apartment management companies.
They never answer the phone and their website is horrendous for navigation, taking you full circle to the spot where you began. Their reviews reflect one star out of 5 with horror stories about how they ruined opportunities for potential renters.
As for the management companies, they are not seeing the whole picture and simply write you off as 'application denied '
