Renu Energy Solutions empty promises and omitting facts Charlotte NC

Renu Energy Solutions promised that the system they designed and installed for me would be sufficient to supply my household with enough power and create an excess amount to store in the bank as credit for night time use. Since having them installed, I still have not had a power bill under $50. 

They also failed to inform me that the federal tax credit was based on one's tax liability. As a result my credit was only half of what they originally told me and my loan is almost $50 more per month than originally calculated. 

I was also not told that I was required to carry a higher amount of liability on my homeowner's insurance, and that Duke Power would not allow the system to be activated until I showed proof. 

We were also promised that if we apply, we would get a solar energy rebate from Duke power. We were never told that their rebate program is based on a first come first serve basis.

One other thing to note regarding customer service, after the system was installed, Renu Energy never reached out to me to follow up on the system, or with any problems that I might have had.
