Res Push ResPush.net Sun Cruise International Sold me a vacation package that I was never given Ventura California

On 12/19/2019 I spoke to a man that promised me a 5 day 4 night cruise to a destination of my choice. I felt it was odd but I still heard him out. After reassuring me it was real I proceeded to give him my contact information and card information. I then decided I wanted to cancel and not proceed with my order and he said he was unable to cancel it.

He said I had to dispute it with my bank. I sent Chase Bank my dispute but they came back saying it was valid. The charge was for $1,199. I then tried multiple time to get in contact with someone to help me plan the trip I paid for. They gave me the email vlo8@suncruiseinternational.com and vlo9@suncruiseinternational.com to contact. I sent multilple emails with no response. Covid hit and I gave up.

On 12/14/2021 a women by the name of Sally called from Res Push. She said Sun Cruise went out of business and they had access to those that had not taken advantage of their package. She said if I paid $571 I would reactivate my account. I told them I would like something in writing and this is the email I received below:

"Dear Ms McIntosh,

Today is your final day to activate your vacation package with certificate # 403611. The cost of the activation fee is  $ 571 USD  which is a 100% refundable.

You will have an total amount of 6 years to use it.

·         6 days 5 nights All Inclusive Resort for 2 Adults 2 Children 12 Years and Under

·         5 days 4 nights All Inclusive Resort for 2 Adults 2 Children 12 Years and Under

·         8 day 7 night Cruise Certificate 4 Adults upper balcony

·          6 days 5 nights All Inclusive Resort for 2 Adults 2 Children 12 Years and Under

Needless to say, I will not be giving them the $571. I hope someone takes this company down because it's a huge scam and if I fell for it I can imagine a ton of other people are falling for it. They are scammers and they need to go to jail and pay for what they're doing.
