Residential Solutions LLC Mark Struznik Buyer Beware House Flipper who Cuts Every Corner He Can and Uses Substandard Contractors Lewisville, Texas 75056

My husband and I purcased a home from Residential Solutions, LLC in Lewisville in December 2014. From the start Mark Struznik cut corners. We showed up for the home inspection and the water had not been turned on. The inspector had to go back a second time and do the inspection. By that time, it was too late to have all of the issues addressed.

Mark Struznik purchased the home from Jeffrey Moss and their was a lein that had not been satisified. We are 100% certain that Mark was aware of it. Our home was listed up for auction twice. I'm sure this had to do with the title company but it's something that should have been taken care of when Mark owned the house for the short time he had it. He purchased it in August 2014 flipped it and sold it to us in December 2014.

Upon moving in, we noticed that they never hooked up the dishwasher. Not only did they not hook it up, there was no electrical that had been run for it. We had to have this fixed after the fact. There was a ton of overspray from where they painted. No one even bothered to clean it up. All of the tile work done thoughout the house was substandard. None of it matched and all corners were left raw.

About 4-5 months after we moved in we noticed water seeping in though the garage ceiling. It was a small leak so we kept watching it. Then we noticed 3 leaks in the garage which all seemed to originate from the show area. We called a very reputable general contractor to come take a look at it and give us an estimate on what it would take to fix it. He said they will open up the wall and it would depend on what they find behind it.

Our GC opened up the wall to find the following:

They had tiled over the original tile in the shower floor

The copper pipes for plumbing were "fixed" with plastic compression and not welded like they shouldh have been

There was mold behind all of the wet areas of the shower

They did not adhere the cement board to anything

The plumbing on the tub was all screwed up too, again plastic compression not welding

The insullation was ruined and wet

The list goes on and on. Esentially, everthing Mark Struznik's "general contractors" and/or repair people did was wrong.

His inattention and unethical practices have now resulted in us spending $5,000 to have the shower ripped down to the studs and completely rebuilt.

All Mark Struznik and Residential Solutions, LLC in Lewisville,TX does is put lipstick on the pig. He is not a reputable business man. He cuts corners and saves money where ever he can. He is unethical and it is not right that we have had to suffer thousands of dollars out of our pockets for his mistakes.

Do not ever purchase a house from Mark Struznik and Residential Solutions, LLC in Lewisville, Texas. He is just in it to make a quick buck and he doesn't care one bit about any buyers of his properties.
