We found this company online and advertised as a restaurant furniture supplier in Canada. They then indicated that the pricing on the Canadian Website was in US dollars as they just changed locations and the order was to ship from the USA. We were given a number of promise dates for delivery which the final one was missed by over 14 business days.
It was discovered that emails confirming that the order was ready for shipment were incorrect and that the freight company was told that there was no order for pick up. This happened on 3 occasions. When the order was finally shipped it again did not arrive.
Communication was terrible, the owner or GM failed to respond to emails or phone calls. The company was notified that the order failed to arrive and any delivery would be rejected we have never received any sort of follow up nor credit.
We continue to try to get our money back
