Resume Pundits Russell Cranford Paid for a resume to be written with lifetime revisions, received one document and then couldn't get a hold of them to do any revisions. Charlotte North Carolina

What's funny is that I ask Cranford to prove what he is saying.... but he can't because he doesn't have any!!! He just submits a review that could have been paid for or written by someone he knows, to try and create reasonable doubt that I am telling the truth!! Resume Pundits may actually do it right sometimes, but do you really want to take the chance that they will do to you what they have done to me?!? With so many other companies out there, is it worth it???

What a joke, I am not a competitor! It's funny how Cranford doesn't WANT to remember me, since according to him "we don't get any complaints". Also... I conversed with him personally by email! Please don't let these people try and confuse you about what they will and won't do. I am not sure why more people have not complained about them!

What I asked them to do wasn't difficult, they just refused to anything with action and were impossible to get a hold of. I spent $150 for crap I can't even use! I am having to pay this all over again to get it done right! Do your research... find someone else that actually does what they say they will do! None of their rebuttals to this are going to make their lies true!!

I was asked by the company to review this report and give my experience. I received back from them today, April 28th an updated resume that I asked them to update for me last week. This was the second time they have worked on my resume at no extra fee and I have been more than satisfied. Never any issues and would recommend.

We are not going in circles with this person. We have reason to believe that you are a competitor trying to sabatoge our business, as another competior had the exact same action take by you as well. We are a resume business. We have been open now for 10 years, and this is the first complaint that has been on the "ripoff" report. We write thousands of resumes per month. 1 complaint?

Type in above us the names of competitors and see how many claims they have! Again, anyone on the internet can look at our samples and see our work, and if what this fraudulent complaint alledges were true, I trust that there would be mulitple similar complaints. Again, we can give anyone who reads this hundreds of references and our work is sampled on our website.

Cranford is trying to lie about what has happened.....again!. He should probably know who is is talking about before he addresses someone. I never "went to my bank and did a charge-back", which considering how he runs his business would have been a great idea!!! (I forgot that was an option...d**n!!). Hey Cranford... I got an idea, prove what you have said is TRUE!! ..... show the charge-back on a legal document!

This guy is so delusional/unethical he doesn't even know who he has swindled!!! Unfortunately, there are those people in this world who can't seem to be ethical and do what they are paid to do; and then who want to try to distract the scrutiny of them by coming up with complete fabrications of lies. What a joke! I say: "It is unfortunate that there is so much dishonesty, especially during these hard times." Where businesses are so pathetic, lie about what they have done, and then try to sell more "suckers" in their rebuttal to their scam!

This customer received the resume from our company and immediataly went to his bank and disputed the charge. Since our product is not a tangible item that can be "returned" this is unfortunately happens a lot across our industry. Client receives their work, then calls their bank and says they didn't get it. Once this client did a chargeback on his purchase, we were no longer willing to work on his resume.
