This customer purcahsed my eBay listing without reading the title, description, condition or even glancing at any of the pictures! The listing was 1000% crystal clear with multiple photos and yet they thought they were getting something totally different. The full description included a video on how to use the item.

They complained that the item didn't arrive but then told me they received a small package with instructions (they clearly still did not read)! That package included the product, instructions and the invoice. They then demanded I send them what they ASSUMED they were buying. When I asked them to view the listing before sending threats they replied that they wanted to return the item.

No problem I replied. I provide the maximum allowed return policy and would gladly refund their order once the item was returned. Instead they disputed the payment claiming what they received wasn't as described. 

Seriously... who buys something on eBay without even looking at the photos or reading the short title description?!? Then have the gaul to dispute the payment because they didn't get what they imagined they were ordering!!??  Even the shipping of $0.85 should hint at the fact that you aren't ordering the heavy item you believed you were ordering. 

Suck it up and return the item if you want. But lying and trying to pass on the costs to the seller for your massive screw up makes you a horrible person.
