I hired Richard Hawkins aka Matt Hawkins affiliated with Rochelle Wohlgenmuth to replace subfloor, flooring, toilet/shower install after not receiving callbacks from multiple reputable contractors to do the job. 

They didn't haul off or breakdown the shower/garden tub/toilet/vanity I had them remove.  He moved a gfci outlet without flipping the breaker.  The only bathroom outlet no longer works.  The toilet tank is wobbly.  The vanity sink hookups were backwards, but he did fix that.  However, the shower hookups were also installed backwards and that wasn't fixed.  The shower base wasn't installed on the floor.  For some reason it's sitting on a wooden platform.  The wall he built for the shower didn't include faucet access outlets that were requested.  We purchased shut-off valves for everything and only 2 were added.  The shower head was installed in the left corner instead of the center.  He did move it to be more centered, but it wasn't anchored to anything, so it's wobbly.  The shower faucet was installed extremely left of center which couldn't be remedied.  The threshold added to the floor is too short and doesn't span the length.  The flooring has multiple dips.  The vanity isn't level.  The built shower wall apparently wasn't long enough, so he filled the gap with random wood pieces to fill it out and covered it up in a very unfinished way.  When we uncovered this, we exposed the shower plumbing to find it kinked and leaking. 

On top of all of that, before realizing the shoddy workmanship, he managed to scam me out of $600.
