“Buyers Beware!”

Do not buy a car from Rich and his employees. I was scammed and my deposit money of $20k was stolen by Richard M Martinez Jr. aka. Rich, Richie Rich, or Geroyne A Woods and his wife Alycia Martinez.

Rich offered to help me find and buy my dream car through his company called Southern Auto Sales, LLC in San Bernardino. He also has a Long Beach, CA office.

My experience was that Rich’s scammed me by luring me in with his trust to allow him to find a vehicle for me, once he has bragged about all the celebrities he is currently helping  or have worked with, he asked me for a deposit on good faith.  That deposit I  give him was never used for deposit for my vehicle. He took my  money, then slowly started stalling me , then ultimately stops all contact with me.I never received my car, or my deposit back.

Rich told me he specializes in High line, and Luxury vehicle purchases, home purchases, equipment lease-backs, personal credit report manipulation and scores. Business D&B credit manipulation and Paydex scores, fake tax returns, fake bank statements, and much more. I refused all those illegal services, and only wanted his assistance in purchasing my Luxury vehicle from him, then later changed my mind and wanted my deposit back.

Rich has multiple companies and dealer numbers he uses throughout CA, MT, and FL to hide behind. Do not buy a car from these guys, they will steal your money. They currently have a court case filed in the San Bernardino County Superior Courts. As of today, I haven’t received my deposit money back from him.

An Obvious Flimflam

AUTHOR: coast - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 14, 2022

You agreed to pay a $20K deposit for a car of an unknown model, sight unseen and without a test drive. That was rather foolish. You also totally ignored the huge red flags of the seller’s disclosure of credit manipulation, fake tax returns and fake bank statements. It shouldn’t take more than a tenth-grade education to know that you were likely to get ripped off.
