Ameristar Financial Corporation Sofia Cefalu Investment scam. Bought into bogus real estate network. ballston spa NY

I bought into Chuck Cefalu's scam as did many investors.  I invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and was incouraged by Cefalu to find more investors. I lost it all, as did all the other investors. The only persons that made money where him and his mother. It starts off with buying a property in an LLC he helps you form and gos downhill from there. Recently a detective came asking questions about the fraud. Apparently me forming an LLC got in the way of Cefalu getting prosecuted. He's back to his old tricks with a new company name, but I think Chuck maybe in for a surprise. 

Cheflu also lied to the US Bankruptcy Court. He now carries a civel fraud conviction.
