I entered into a memorandum of agreement with Ritchel Morehead in October 2016 wherein I gave her a cashier's check for $50,000.  She was supposed to make 6 monthly payments then return capital plus interest agreed to after the 6 months.  She never made any payments, then dissapeared.  Shortly thereafter she made social media posts with a picture of the cashier's check I gave her saying it was a donation to her charity.

In the course of investigating more fully, we found many more people she had done this to, including older people whose life savings were involved.  Basically, she was taking money from new "investors" to pay old "investors", a ponzi scheme.  

Just recently, in November 2019, her social media account again showed my same cashiers check from 3 years ago claiming I had just given her a new donation to her charity.  So she is scamming individuals, she is falsely claiming tax deductible donations, and using that to try to get new victims. She is a despicable, scammer liar and is currenty in hididng.  She has numerous lawsuits against her all with judgements against because she never shows up to defend the indefensibe

When we confronted her on her social media account, she knew she was busted, and created new accounts to disparage my wife and trying to destroy our marriage.  Beware of this scammer and reports her if you know who she is
