RMA and Associates Collections Rancho Cucamonga ca

Scammers!!! Be aware this company has people call you about documents being served about a debt and to call another number to get the information. Then you call the next company and they claim to be RMA and Associates that is suing you for unpaid medical bills. First off process servers dont call first to notify you, they just serve the documents.

You probably owe the medical bill from years ago but they are trying to scare you into paying by telling you that they are going to garnish your wages and go after your bank accounts. But if you pay today they will stop all that. They are scammers!!!! There isn't anything filed with the courts it's a scare tactic to make you pay. 

If you call the hospital they say it is for they will tell you also that it is a scam. Anthony claims to be there attorney is that is a lie also. If he was the attorney he wouldn't be the one answering the phone each time you call in. Contact your attorney general and make a complaint, enough complaints and they will get shut down.

The real name of the company is probably something differnt because nothing is listed with the secretary of state for that company name. Contact your local court house and give them the case number they provided to you and the court will tell you nothing is listed and it's a scam.
