RMCS Hard Disk Drive stolen from Desktop PC Denver Colorado

On August 11th, 2024, I called RMCS for an in-home repair on my niece's desktop PC.  He came over and had to take the PC back to the shop.  The next day, he called to say that the board needed to be replaced.

On Monday, August 19th, 2024, I paid for the services and took the PC home to my niece.  The same day, she called me to tell me that the hard disk drive inside the machine was not reading.  I called RMCS back and explained the situation.  He claimed that a wire was loose inside the machine.

My niece then called a friend who knew something about PC parts.  They came to the conclusion that the HDD was not inside the machine.  I called RMCS back and was rudely shoved off over the phone.  I believe that this guy had stolen from my niece.

I want the hard drive back or I want the money to purchase a new hard drive.
