The RV Park has too many lots and not enough power to serve the community.  They refuse to have it looked into or repaired.   The number of volts should read 120 at the outlets in your home/RV.   My two different volt meters show 92 volts to 105 volts depending on the time of day.    This low voltage will burn out A/C motors, kill your refridgerator and freezer motors and general be very bad for the expensive appliances in your RV.    

SO DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A TENT AND YOU DO NOT NEED POWER.   

There are no rules here.   Tampa Electric Company has been called over and over.  Since renters are not on the account, they will not fix the problem.  The old lady that runs the park is a jerk.  Mention this to her and she will find an excuse to kick you out.   If she can't find one she will make one up.   You'll be out - trust me.   

Code enforcement in Florida will only look into this if someone is killed!   Completely useless.   They suck.  A joke if you ask me.   Hillsborough county occupational license office - useless.   Get a license to rent to 50 RV's..... then add 200 more without filing anything with the county or electric company - you have a recipe for disaster!   

There have already been fires in here.  People leaving because their night time breathing machines are not working correctly with the lack of outlet power.   The old lady that runs this place is simply waiting to die.  F'ing useless as a land lord.  

The pictures promoting their website are 10+ years old.   It's a dump now!  Total trailer trash dump.   If you likes drugs, drunks and loud big dogs barking all day - this is your place.   Total nightmare. 

Drop the microphone - I'm outa the park.  Glad my unit is drivable and easy to move.
