Rob Robinson Slumlords Luring Single Women Renters to Uninhabitable Building, Then Trespassed, Stalked, Harassed Bastrop Texas

Rob Robinson and Ann Word advertise to and lure single women to rent an uninhabitable building behind their house in the Pine Forest neighborhood of Bastrop County, Texas, only to defraud, endanger, trespass, stalk and harass them throughout tenancies.  The rental cabin is listed with the Bastrop Central Appraisal District as a 360sf storage building.  Neither the building nor renting to non-family members complies with restrictions of the Pine Forest Property Owners Association that nonetheless has allowed it to go on for years.  None of the improvements on the property were ever permitted, inspected, built or maintained to code.  Because of this, renters insurance cannot be obtained in an area with a long history of severe storm and major fire risks.  The landlord charges a deposit that after you move in, is fraudulently switched to an "earnest fee just to make sure you come back" with no intention of refunding. 

The landlord makes you pay rent in cash or checks payable to his near 90, out of town mother never endorsed by her and deposited to his local account to evade income tax.  You are ordered to lie that you are not a tenant but a "guest" and not to speak to or tell anyone in the neighborhood where you live.  The property well water is untested, contaminated, full of air and sediment with system never cleaned so is not potable that the landlord acknowledges but does nothing about.  The rental is uninsulated with no heat.  The landlord declares the bathroom lightbulbs over the sink give off enough heat.  The rental is infested with scorpions, fire ants, rodents and snakes.  All drains and air vents have to be covered to try to keep insects, lizards and scorpions out.  The property grounds are unmaintained aside from around the landlords' house.  Weeds are up to five feet high, yard waste and debris are dumped and piled everywhere, creating pest and fire hazards. 

If you try to maintain the rental grounds, the landlord comes running out shouting at you to stop, you can't, your (better than his) equipment won't work, so he can do it at first to stalk and harass, then later not at all.  He pretends to spray or uses ineffective weed and insect killers only as an excuse to stalk and harass.  Appliances are more than 20 years old.  The gas stove is connected to a tank outside.  The refrigerator loudly cycles on and off with fluctuating temperatures spoiling perishables.  After you've fished out the scorpions and rat droppings, the washer barely fills with water so shreds your laundry.  The dryer has no thermostat so fries your laundry.  You are ordered exactly what supplies to use with, how and when to run appliances.  Plugging into extra receptables makes GFIs and circuits blow.  You are ordered to leave exterior lights on and if you don't, intense floodlights will be directed at your home at night.  Blackwater discharges into an above-ground tank with electrical plug that if falls out or power is out, floods inside.  Greywater discharges outside onto the ground.  Everything leaks:  faucets, toilet tank, pipes in the walls.  Any products in metal containers stored under the leaking kitchen sink will corrode, releasing toxic rust and chemical fumes.  In addition to rain and leaks, the landlord floods the rental drive, parking area and under the building regularly by leaving sprinkers on all day and night.  The rental wood floors are unsealed, sub or top floor, so standing water reverse seeps into the unit, rotting the floors, molding and mildewing everything.  Both landlords constantly hover outside, trespass in and by the rental property, stalk and harass, and enter without notice or invitation whether you are home or not.  They creep around the outside of the house. 

They stalk you in their cars.  They both make suggestive and inappropriate comments.  Whenever near him he stares at your chest.  They will expose you to and involve you in all of their never-ending family drama.  They want you to run errands.  They are pathological liars and will lie to your face about things you can see they're lying about.  The rental doesn't have a separate address, so they take your mail and packages.  They go through your trash.  They watch your every move.  You are not allowed to have visitors.  You are a prisoner in your own home beause you can't go outside without being stalked and harassed.  When you do go off premises, you worry about what they're doing to your property and when you return they're right there lurking and making comments.  The amount of time they have to spend spying on you to coordinate their stalking efforts is beyond comprehension.  If you ever complain in the slightest about any of this, they will evict you in retaliation. 

There is extensive documentation, photos and videos along with other tenants', neighbors' and officials' statements and records to support every one of these facts.  Never rent from these insane criminals; it is unlawful for any buildings on the property to exist and for anyone to live in them.  You'll pay all their homeowner expenses -- the rent amount is exactly two times the annual property tax bill -- for horrific treatment in return.  Otherwise, if you enjoy paying exorbitant rent to dark tetrads for deathtrap living condtions in their special kind of hell, they'll be there, watching and waiting for you.
