When you step into professional life, as long as you are sincere in your dealings you expect and to some extent hope to find equally sincere and professional partners. Despite all the negativity and scandals around us, that hope leads us to proceed in work dealings even when some things seem shady. As long as the person meets the stereotypes of 'actual company's actual representative', we tend to believe them . But, the world is huge, and there are some 'special' kinds of professionals in it too, like professional scammers. If you're unlucky enough, you can come across one such scammer by the name Robert Bohorad. 

You may know him as a hotshot 'self made' CEO according to viral articles and blog posts on the internet but his reality is quite the opposite. He is an investment scammer of the worst sort. Over his scamming years, he discovered that as long as he was affiliated with an actual company, he could continue to fool an increasing number of investors. Following that policy, he is working as the President and CEO of Aureus, Inc, now known as Yuengling’s Ice Cream Corporation. Being a registered company that has been operating for years, no investor has the motive to doubt someone connected to the company. 

Said cover i.e. Aureus Inc and his reputation as its President is the very reason this scum realized that he could scam a lot more people. He knew that every investor on the market is extra careful when investing because they have either fallen prey to or have been warned to beware of investment scammers like Robert Bohorad multiple times. But no one warns others not to trust CEOs of established companies, right?

Robert Bohorad realized that none of those warnings included being careful when dealing with CEO's, that too CEOs of known companies. He uses that fact and his reputation in the society to lure and fool investors into believing that he is The Guru to go to for investments and advice. 

Impressed after one too many articles about his achievements as CEO of Aureus, Inc, we were shocked when he approached us. When he asked us to invest in his ventures, we were overwhelmed. The possibility that this could be a scam never occurred to us in the first place given his reputation. A few more empty promises of massive returns and what not, and we were sold. 

The first prominent red flag was when he asked us to transfer the 'investment' in his personal account: that was the first box he ticked in the universal checklist to identify an investment scammer. But Robert Bohorad being the scam he is, shooed our worries away. 

President Aureus Inc coaxed us into investing anyway, and that was the last nail in our coffin. Just to confirm that our funds had landed with the company safely, we contacted Aureus, Inc, only to be told that no such investment had entered the company's financial streams. We tried to check back with Bohorad only to be humiliated by security and shown the door to. It took us long to recover from the shock, because we had invested all we could spare, and Robert Bohorad had taken off with all of it. If he contacts you and mentions the word investment, run away!
