  Miserable slob wasted our time, gas and money because he refused to be an ethical human being and pay his final bill for pool services.  When we asked Robert Scott to be paid for the final balance of pool services he wrote back" since you uniterally canceled the service without notice in mid cycle I do not feel inclined to pay.  If you have as good reason why I should let me know."    Why you should pay?  I don't know maybe because YOU OWE US MONEY FOR SERVIES PROVIDED!?? 

Robert E Scotts Statement "since you uniterally canceled the service without notice"  We do not need permission to cancel your service at any time, for any reason.  Robert E. Scott of Norco's statement " in mid cycle". It was not mid cycle we terminated service on the 25th of the month after making 4 visits to your home.  

We terminated service for Robert Scott for several reasons the most recent was due to him calling an outside person/ contractor to make repairs on his pool equipment which were not done properly.  When our service technician arrived there was water spraying from the pipes all over the new pool pump.  Our technician turned the power to the pump off while endangering himself with a shock hazard in the process because Robert Scott doesn't want to hire professionals who work in the pool industry and comprehend which fitting are improper for pressurized plumbing.  

We attempted to handle this amicably however we were not dealing with an ethical rational human being.  Instead someone who is used to bullying their way around others making the following statement when we notified Robert E. Scott "attorney" we would be suing him.  Robert states"  "Go ahead.  I will file a cross complaint against you for the termination without notice. 

Guess you forgot I am an Attorney.  See you in court"   We sued Robert Scott, served Robert Scott personally with a court date of February 14, 2022 when we had other cases being heard.  We received a notice from the court this a-hole claimed he couldn't make the court date and had to reschedule!!!  The case was rescheduled for March 15, 2022.  Which means we have to waste our time once again going after this nasty slob for money WE ALREADY EARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Our manager had to take an entire day off work as we don't know how long court cases will take.  Often times if the court has a booked calendar we can be there all day as commissioners and judges often take several breaks in addition to lunch.  Our manager was unable to do any estimates, repairs, installations this day losing $500-$2,000.00 in profit because this jerk rescheduled.  We believe on purpose just to be difficult!  

This imbecile never filed a countersuit for a non existent tort.  He would have no case.  We have no obligation to this low rent attorney or anyone else to provide notice we no longer wish to deal with you and your BS.   We showed up to court, waited for our case to be called and this deadbeat didn't even show up to court.  After refusing to pay, threating us, claiming a countersuit, claiming he couldn't make the first court date this pos wasted our time!!!  Costing us money.    

I'd think twice about dealing with Robert Earl Scott someone who thinks it's ok not to pay his pool service because afterall:   "I do not feel inclined to pay." "If you have as good reason why I should let me know"
