Robert T. Carter, Lawyer/Judge in Coffee County, TN William A. Lockhart, Lawyer/Judge in Coffee County, TN Criminal Judges Sent Innocent to Jail for Crimes Not Committed for 6 Days Manchester TN

These two lawyers/judges are criminals and should be taken off the bench! William A. Lockhart, the one on the right, issued an invalid, illegal search warrant (violating the 4th Amendment of U.S. Constitution) against an innocent man, charging & officially oppressing him for crimes he did not commit. William (in collusion with DA Craig Northcott) also stripped this man of his rights of a prelim hearing as result of various and valid complaints put in against them. "No warrant shall issue but upon probable cause..." and they have none whatsoever! "Judge" Dee David Gay of BPR does not hold him accountable for any of this. William also violated TN Code on bail by not considering any of the factors. He initially set bail at $100,000 knowing full well that was for homicide in TN (which innocent man did not do nor would he). Then set to $20,000 along with a device to monitor comings and goings of innocent man (accused of crimes he did not commit, nor would he, without probable cause mind you). William is a trespasser of the law. He should rightfully be charged with treason. Robert, the one on the left, is a cocaine and oxycontin user (apparently he could not survive a car accident using his so-called "faith" in Jesus and had to turn to drugs due to genetics - obviously he lacks will power to do things by faith), an alcoholic and a thief (he stole $59,000 from a previous law firm - yes I have researched him. It says precisely this on his administrative application in TN, just Google it. He is also mentioned on NoEthics.net for other crimes that BPR let him get away with). This judge is biased before even hearing a case, sits in wrongful judgment and does not believe in speedy trials. He believes in violating due process of innocent people. He has also officially oppressed an innocent man for over 10 months for crimes not committed, making prejudicial statements he has no right whatsoever to make under Matthew 7:3-5. There is only one Judge in our family, and we live according to His laws.
