Robison Construction, LLC Ripped us off after a fire leaving us without a home and unable to reopen our business Nixa MO

Contracted them to rebuild our home after a fire. They misrepresented their skills and experience. After paying them 2/3 to 3/4 (over $236,000)of the contract they abandoned us, leaving us with an incomplete poorly constructed frame. They left us without a home and unable to reopen our business. Forced to settle in mediation for pennies because they were insolvent. They also breached their mediation agreement. Instead are slandering us by saying we wasted our money on new cars, vacations and toys.

The money we paid them, another contractor ($30k to repair the poorly constructed incomplete frame and 50k to bring to shell), and over $50k in legal fees proves the money was not blown as they like to claim. We have no new cars, no vacation in over 10 years, and no new toys. Malicious company that misrepresents itself and stole our money (along with a few others I have found).
