RoboForm I purchased a LIFETIME Pro membership. A few years later the company said they could no longer maintain LIFETIME memberships because of their new business model. LIFETIME means just that!!!! LIFETIME. I would never have paid as much money as I did had I known they were cheating their customers. Fairfax Virginia

Some time ago, I purchased RoboForm Pro with a LIFETIME membership. A few years later, the company said their company was trying to do more online functions and could no longer honor a lifetime membership. I asked them if they understood what LIFETIME meant?

They didn't even offer me a refund or anything. They just said, Sorry. How dare a company, in this day and age, get away with ripping off their customers. I HIGHLY recommend you stay away from this company as there are MUCH better password managers out there anyway.
