Rocketman Movers Samuel Schmeltzer Scam! Movers ripped us off, didn’t finish the job and robbed us Las Vegas Nevada

SCAM!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE!!! We hired Sam's company to move our 1800 sqft, 3 bedroom home. Sam and his friend came 40 minutes late the first day. In a U-Haul truck that was clearly not big enough to move a 3 bedroom home. They took so many breaks. Which they charged for. Sam's employee kept disappearing. They didn't bring all tools, or even know how to take most things apart. Guy was literally on the phone the whole time fighting with his girlfriend. So after a few hours of asking the guy to get off the phone, and because it was running my bill up...my husband, my kid and I helped Sam.

He still charged full price! 7 hours later and $670 later...house was still NOT done. We weren't going to bring the guys back the next day because of that...but Sam still had my nice tv in his truck. Which BTW- he took back to his house without my knowledge or consent. He apparently got called out about the TV missing from my autistic 10 year old son. So he agreed to bring it back! I had no idea about that until he was on his way to my house the second day! Regardless he had asked to make it right, as he knew he ripped me off the first day. He said flat rate to finish was $300.

I also felt really bad about his situation with living in a weekly, having a new girlfriend he knocked up, having 2 strikes on his record, and having to put everything under his mom's name.



He agreed to bring a new guy. So we agreed. He came back with his friend an hour late. They didn't finish the job. He agreed to come back in a couple hours because he had to pick up a new guy. He asked to be paid because his friend had to go. So I gave him the $300. Mind you, this was the last day we could get out of our home, we just sold. And I had given him some items for his unborn child, so I had no reason to think he wasn't coming back. I texted him as he was an hour late again. He then proceeds to tell me he's not coming back! He told me he could probably come back the next day!

He seriously needed 3 whole days to move 1800sqft home with help! I told him my situation with having to be out that day. He then just ignores me! No apology. Just changes everything to he's just not coming back at all! Refused phone calls and texts. So I requested a refund for the second day's work. THEN he finally responded to that, with no refund! They did the work! I literally paid this guy $970 to help him move MY house, waste 2 days of MY time and energy, made me pay another company to just take my tv off the wall, got me a fine for not being out on time, put me in a position where I had to hire a new company last minute, am missing a few items, didn't set everything up as promised and to NOT FINISH THE JOB!!!!! THEN after Sam Schmeltzer saw my bad reviews, was delusional enough to text my husband to leave me, I'm broke, I'm a s**t, I'm a bi*ch, I bent over (picking up the boxes I paid him to pick up) This has been a total nightmare and evidence of no good deed goes unpunished. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
