Rockport Shoes Rockport Total junk products!!

I have purchased Rockport shoes since the early 80's and always loved the product and promoted them to friends and family. But, ...something has happened to this company and now the product is a disgrace!!  I had a pair of shoes completely disintegrate after only being worn 3 times.  And, another pair, the sole on one side completely fell off!!  

The really sad thing is that I returned the disintegrated pair to Rockport, CA for inspection and wrote an email regarding the sole that had fallen off.  To my surprise, I received a curt response almost one month later stating "we can't, we won't , don't"  (after 60 days) and need proof of purchase and all kinds of reasons why they just didn't want to deal with it.

So, since 1980 -- 2021, when I would ONLY buy Rockports, their name, in my book, doesn't exist anymore.  I will buy ANYTHING EXCEPT ROCKPORT in the future!!

Junk product, with worse attitude and zero customer service!
