I purchased 2 certificates from rockstar tattoos that he offered to me after sending him some pics I was interested in. The total was 850.00. The first red flag was that I paid him via paypal thru good and services and he refunded my money saying i needed to pay him friends and family because they were putting a hold on his funds even though he is a business. So that's how I paid him. Secondly I had to ask him twice for 2nd certificate i purchased which was 500 for 700 in tattoo work. At that point i started researching his business and his name and found in 2012 and 2019 he stole several thousand dollars in Colorado from several customers for a voucher scheme which you can read about online.

At that point I did not feel comfortable driving 60 miles out of town doing business with him any longer so I asked him to refund my larger voucher which I didnt even set an appointment up for when he refused i reached out to the police department to ask their opinion on how to proceed ..at that point they suggested I request all the money back and if he refused to make a report which I am now doing. I will not stop with any of this until I get money back and it will cost him way more than what I paid..that is a promise!
