He's a moron who doesn't know real estate and kept pitching me crummy ponzi scheme after ponzi scheme. He hit on my assistant so many times she refused to call him back or even deal with him. He's a sleaze bag. A worthless sleaze bag. i've never met a more disgusting person. i can't believe he was referred to me. 

I met him through someone at a networking/effectiveness group and just assumed he had integrity because he was a leader. BOY was I wrong. He's a dead beat. Always trying to get money out of you when we all know he gets his commission when he closes, not before. 

And again, he seriously wouldn't leave my female assistant alone. And to top it off, it turns out he was married. What a piece of sh*t! Avoid this clown at all costs.
